Though he is not a member of The Liberty Brigade, The Spark Man will be making an appearance. He first appeared in United Features’ Sparkler Comics v.2 #1 (1941).

The Spark Man is violinist, Omar Kavak, who found a way to absorb electrical charges and fire lighting through his hand. He decided to use this power to fight crime, spies and enemies of America.
